Chain Reaction Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors and funded by grant-making trusts and foundations, fee-for-service contracts, government grants, and corporate and individual contributions.

With a full-time director and small staff, the Foundation delivers its programme of work through a network of 40 highly skilled Honorary Specialist Consultants and affiliated Partner Organisations.
